Beaucoup de voyageurs m’ayant fait un retour positif sur Koh Lanta, j’ai décidé d’y passer … Cependant avec la basse saison, il semble que les opportunités pour les tours de snorkelling soient plus réduites: un seul choix, pas de regroupement large/charter et une distance aux spots plus grande donnent un prix quasiment double par rapport au budget tour de Krabi et Ko Phi Phi (700-800 BHT vs 400). Par contre, c’est sûr qu’au niveau tranquillité et grande plage, c’est plus sympa que Ko Phi Phi qui reste rempli de touristes malgré la basse saison.

Snorkelling tour

Comme pour les tours précédents, celui s’appelle « 4 islands » et m’emmène à l’Emerald cave à Koh Mook, faire du Snorkeling à Koh Ma et Koh Chuak et déjeuner/plage à Koh Ngai beach.

A priori, pas de possibilité de faire un tour à prix raisonnables à Koh Haa/Koh Rok ou Hin Daeng/Hin Muang qui sont parmis les spots les plus réputés pour le snorkelling ou pour la plongée.


As I got multiple positive feedback on Koh Lanta, I decide to go there few days. But with low season, it seems a lot less easy to get budget snorkelling tours: most tourist shop offers me only one choice and as there is not a big group of tourists and travel distance to spot is important, prices are nearly doubled compared to budget tour of Krabi and Ko Phi Phi. Still, if you are looking for quiet beach, farniente and peace, it’s a lot better than Ko Phi Phi.

It does not seem possible to get a budget tour to Koh Haa/Koh Rok or Hin Daeng/Hin Muang which are ones of the most famous thailand spots for snorkelling and diving.
